Big T, Little T and everything in between, trauma is our passion. Weird? We don’t think so! We know what trauma is (and isn’t) and we know what it does. Too much, too fast, too soon, trauma isn’t necessarily what happens to us but is actually what happens inside of us as a result of what happens to us. Trauma leaves a mark and has a lasting impact that continues to show up in the present until we heal. We understand trauma on a deep level and know how to best support you to move through it, feel what needs to be felt and heal from it all so you can live your best life!

Think of your nervous system like a detective working to look for threats and keep you safe. It operates below the 'thinking brain' and drives all of your behaviors, thoughts and actions. Understanding what triggers it, how it works to protect you and what tools you can use to calm it are key. If you can learn to master your nervous system you will absolutely change your life!

We’re going DEEP. No surface level here! ;) Approaching things with a psychodynamic lens means we go beyond your conscious awareness to dive into the subconscious and explore what’s really going on – repressed memories, unspoken desires, hidden traumas – we excavate it all. The subconscious is what drives all of our responses, behaviors, thoughts and feelings and by bringing it into conscious awareness we can feel and heal to create lasting change.

Soma = body. Evvverything is processed and stored in the body. In order for anything in your life to shift – habits, beliefs, emotions, relationships, career, finances – we have to start with the body! Releasing, integrating, creating space… Somatic work allows us to start shifting things in deep ways. We get you out of your brain and into your body so that life can look (and feel) different!

One of the ‘buzziest’ therapeutic approaches these days (for good reason!), IFS is truly life changing. You may have heard of ‘parts work’ or have used the phrase ‘a part of me thinks that…” IFS allows us to create separation from your ‘parts’ so that we can get curious, dive deep and create change so that you are in the driver’s seat of your life. Aren’t familiar with the concept? No worries! It’s easiest to wrap your head around when you see it in action… in the meantime, here are some common parts that most of us are familiar with: inner critic, perfectionist, and people pleaser.

Another buzzy concept, the inner child plays a critical role in where you are and where you’re headed. Inner child work is a powerful psychological tool for healing the subconscious and shifting patterns, beliefs and behaviors. The inner child is the part of your psyche that carries both wounding and wonder, unmet needs and innocence, protective patterns and play. Connecting with your inner child allows you to access new information about unhealed wounds and needs that may be impacting you now. With that awareness, we work on reparenting ‘little you’ so they aren’t running the show and keeping you stuck.

Anxious, Avoidant, Disorganized, Secure… we all have an attachment style that is formed very early on and plays a BIG role in our life. As human beings, we are wired for connection and our earliest relationship with our primary caregiver will dictate our emotional development, ability to form healthy connections, overall self-esteem, stress management and social interactions. Identifying your attachment style helps you understand why you do what you do and why you feel what you feel as an adult and how those behaviors and feelings impact your relationship with self and others.

All of our clients start here! Our exclusive and unique process, the First Four is a series of 4 sessions where we deep dive and formulate a plan to get you where you want to go. You will meet weekly with your coach and complete “homework” between sessions. At the end of the 4 sessions, you will receive a personalized Insight Report and an individualized roadmap forward: a concrete plan with specific actions steps to ensure you get EXACTLY what you need to create the life of your dreams.

Our Blueprint process is all you. We provide you with the ‘homework’ to be done by yourself, on your own timeline. Then, once we receive your work, we provide insight, feedback, next steps and guidance via a written report, giving you the scoop on you. Perfect for identifying blocks, limiting beliefs, wounding patterns, and blindspots, we highly recommend the Blueprint for anyone who is new to healing and not *quite* ready to go all in with 1:1 sessions.

This unique offering is a package of 6 sessions with ‘homework’ and texting / voice note support designed to be completed over two months to elevate your life FAST. This combo of somatic + subconscious + nervous system work targets body-mind-spirit on the deepest of levels to remove blocks, shift patterns, heal old wounds and clear the way for your highest, most authentic self to shine.

Our Breakthrough sessions are a series of intensive, in depth extended sessions that are focused on one particular area of need. Completed over a 3-day period, these sessions are designed to shift things on a very deep level ASAP.
Some examples of when a Breakthrough might be useful are: repeating the same pattern in dating; having the same conflict over and over; struggling to get out of a pattern that doesn’t serve you; analysis paralysis or indecisiveness with big decisions; limiting beliefs that hold you back; fears that prevent you for taking next steps, etc.

In these half hour sessions, we stay focused solely on creating safety in the body, utilizing somatic practices to soothe, calm, reset and regulate your nervous system -- perfect for times when anxiety, stress, depression or emotion feels like 'too much".

These sessions are for any ‘grown up’ that works with children and needs support navigating challenging behaviors – BIG emotions, pushing boundaries, meltdowns, temper tantrums, sibling rivalry, issues at school, peer relationships, bedtimes, mealtimes and everything in between. Raising children, working with children, supporting children … We know you want to get it right and we know it's hard work and not for the faint of heart. We ’ve got you!

We offer ‘one off’ sessions solely to our existing clients* (that have gone through the First Four.)
The only exceptions to this are our Inner Child Deep Dive and Minis Support Sessions.
*We do accept one-off sessions for crisis situations, availability permitted. Email for info.

All sessions are paid via credit card through our online system. Payment is due at time of appointment. When doing the First Four and your roadmap sessions, payment is done in advance or on autopay depending on preference (don’t worry, we discuss all of the details with you when we meet!).

We encourage you to get comfortable, find a space where you won’t be disturbed, grab your favorite snack and something to sip on and have a notebook (ask us about our favorite ‘little blue notebook’ — IYKYK!) ready to jot down ‘ahas’ and insights. If there is something in particular you want us to be aware of, review, or look at before we meet, please email it to your coach a minimum of 24hrs in advance.

Yes and no.
No, we offer numerous sessions without the First Four process such as our Deep Dives and Breakthrough sessions. These sessions are designed to be stand alone and do not provide access to us between sessions or ongoing support.

Yes, we require all of our ongoing clients to go through our First Four process for a couple of reasons.
1 - We want your life to change and that’s just not possible in one session. We always say: if you are serious about change, you should invest a minimum of six months to the process.
2 - It's the best way for us to really get to know you vs just getting to know the ‘problem’ you are facing. This ‘work’ only works when there is authentic connection and a genuine relationship at the core of what we do.
3 - We want to know you are committed. We take our work very seriously and invest a lot of time and energy in our clients so we need to know you're ‘in it’ with us.

The length of time it takes to start seeing (and feeling!) results will vary from person to person, but we always say you can expect: things to start feeling a little bit different at the 3 month mark, to start to see signs of lasting change around the 6 month mark and for life to be very different at the year mark. What you do between sessions plays a big part in how quickly things start to shift – we don’t heal you, you heal you!
